The effect of youth personal hygiene education experience on subjective health and oral health

Abstract
|

|
Objectives: To investigate the effect of adolescents' personal hygiene education experience on subjective health and oral health.
Methods: The data of this study were analyzed using the statistical analysis software SPSS/WIN 25.0 program, and the significance level was tested at .05.
Results: In the case of both hand washing and brushing education, the increase in oral health status, brushing frequency, and hand washing frequency was found to have an effect on subjective health status. Subjective oral health was found to have an effect on subjective health status as health status, number of brushing, and number of hand washing increased.
Conclusions: It is believed that various education should be provided to protect the health of individuals from the outbreak of infectious diseases by conducting regular education during the youth period.
